organization’s reputation is described as the
collective opinion of stakeholders and its various publics
toward an organization. Largely based on impressions formed over time from
firsthand experiences with the organization, while shopping at a store, using
organizations’ facilities; on the telephone with
customer service, or service calls with service personnel.
